What is the shipping policy of Smalls?
All orders are processed within six business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you placed your order Sunday through Wednesday, your order will ship on Thursday and deliver by Saturday. All orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship on Tuesday and deliver by Thursday. The merchant offers free shipping within the continental United States. Orders typically arrive in two to three business days because that's how long the dry ice lasts before it sublimates completely.
How do refunds work?
For Smalls Mart orders, once your order has processed, the merchant will be unable to make changes, cancel, and/or issue a refund for that box. All sales are final. However, there is a money-back guarantee. If your cat doesn't enjoy the fresh food recipes in their sampler, email customer service within 30 days of delivery. The merchant will share tips to help them try it, and if they're still not fans, you'll receive a refund for the fresh food portion. Add-ons (including toys, hard goods, and treats) are non-refundable.
