What is the SmartWings shipping policy?
Get free shipping on all orders. Once you purchase, the merchant will immediately customize your shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 1 to 10 business days. It can take 3 to 18 business days for items to get to your home. Items ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express.
How do returns and exchanges work?
If you are dissatisfied with your SmartWings purchase, please contact the merchant within 30 days of the shipping date. Configure-to-order, personalized, or other customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless they arrive defective. For standard, non-customized products, returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. Once the merchant approves your return request, you must provide a screenshot of your order and ship the product back to the SmartWings warehouse within 15 days. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. You are responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so ensure proper packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened accessories.
