How do returns work?
You have 28 days to return or exchange items as long as they’re unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Online orders go back through customer service, while in-store purchases have to be returned to the shop where they were bought. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
