Sprayground ships anywhere in the world. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed during a non-peak season. Orders placed after 1 p.m. ET will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on federal holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Domestic shipping times are as follows: Standard Ground shipping takes 7 to 10 business days via USPS, FedEx Smartpost, or UPS. Hawaii & Puerto Rico addresses have a $35 flat shipping fee for an estimated 10+ business days. $5 Home shipping with guaranteed FedEx or UPS delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. FedEx 2 Day shipping is one to two business days.
What is the Sprayground return policy?
Qualifying products purchased online through Sprayground.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Exchanges are not available, only the option of a return. All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer. However, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Sprayground. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from Sprayground.com is required. Once the warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process it.
