What is the shipping policy of Supplement Hunt?
The merchant charges $6.99 for shipping on orders totalling less than $99, after any applicable discounts and credits. This actually costs half of their total shipping charges, so you're actually getting a discount on shipping. Supplement Hunt ships anywhere in the United States to the continental 48 states as well as Alaska. Please note anything outside of the contiguous United States will have a $9.99 surcharge shipping fee regardless of order total. Unfortunately at this time they do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, or internationally. The merchant does ship to P.O. boxes. Normally your order will be processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The vast majority of orders ship the same day or next day. However, sometimes extremely popular deals may take extra time to fulfill. You will get a tracking number.
How do returns work?
You have 10 days to return merchandise once you receive it. Please email customer service to start the process. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and resalable condition in order to receive credit. The merchant does not allow returns for any nutrition bars or the like (cookies, brownies, etc.). A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returns. Please email the tracking number along with the order number so they can also track the package back to the warehouse. All digital downloads are final sale with no refunds or exchanges.
