What is the shipping policy of Tenga?
All orders will be shipped out in a discreet brown box. No TENGA branding or logo will be visible on the box itself. The return addressee on the shipping label will be shown as "TENGA USA INC." Orders that are placed before noon will be prepared and/or fulfilled on the same day. Orders that are placed after the cut-off time will be fulfilled the following business day. Please note that no orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification including your tracking number.
