What is the Utrecht Art Supplies shipping policy?
Ground shipping charges for orders to be delivered within the contiguous 48 United States are based on the number of unique items in your order for orders totaling less than $79. Orders of $79 or more ship free. Residential orders within the 48 contiguous states will ship either FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx SmartPost within one to two business days of receipt of your order and will be delivered within two to seven business days. The carrier used is determined after an order is placed and depends on the merchandise ordered and the delivery address. If your postal address is different from your physical address, please provide both.
How do returns or exchanges work at Utrecht Art Supplies?
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original packaging and resalable condition. Return freight that is sent back to Utrecht is the responsibility of the customer unless: a) Utrecht Customer Service is notified within 30 days of receipt, AND b) the item received arrived damaged, OR c) the item received was not what was ordered. Utrecht is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you cancel or change an order after it has been placed, you can be assessed up to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in their original packaging and resalable condition. For merchandise valued at $300 or more that has correctly shipped and is undamaged, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This applies to organizations or schools that either 1) cannot accept delivery of the product or 2) no longer need it. Please contact Utrecht Customer Service for more information.
