Can I cancel my service?
Yes, but policies depend on timing. You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if supplies haven’t been submitted. From day 8 through 180, you can still get a refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. After 181 days, refunds are issued as website credit only.
How long are lab orders valid?
Lab requisitions are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. If you don’t use your test in that timeframe, it expires and cannot be refunded.
Are there additional fees at the lab?
